The Reserve at Hidden Oaks gives you the space of a rural lot and the order of a planned community. Homesites start at two acres, so there is room for a long drive, a shop or a pool, and distance between you and the neighbors.

You enter through a private gate and wind back along a pine-lined lane. Deed restrictions keep the standard of building consistent from lot to lot, so the value of what you build is protected by what goes up around it.

Phase I is established. Phase III is under development now, with 48 new homesites off Dennis Lee Road. Lots are still available.
